Unable to comment on WP sites – Account / Username Blocked?

Hi,
I’ve recently noticed that any time I try to submit a comment on any WP post using the required fields in the comments box that when I try to submit it the page refreshes but the comment doesn’t appear.
Has my account / site been banned from commenting on other blogs? This seems to have been the case for a few months now.
This is the same for all sites, including ones I’ve been commenting on for years, where the post wouldn’t need to be approved. Commenting on my own site (through the dashboard) is the only site that seems to work OK.

I can comment on my own posts through the dashboard, seems to be OK commenting from the individual pages too.
For other sites, I’ve been using the same details to comment with for six years – default email address (where notifications go etc), original wordpress url (https://paragraphfilms.wordpress.com) , and same display name for every site.
This seems to have kicked in a few months ago, and has stopped me commenting on blogroll sites and new sites for the first time.

Which other sites have you tried commenting on lately? I wasn’t able to see anything recent in your comment history.

Below are specific posts I’ve tried to comment on recently, with the same details as usual, and sites I don’t require approval to comment on.
The top two have the URL with comment number from my internet history; if that helps?
Any time I try it looks as if it’s posting as normal, the page refreshes, but the comment never appears.
