Unable to complete payment for domain mapping because dashboard freezes

  Hi – trying to re-register domain mapping for biggleswadebooks.co.uk to biggleswadebooks.wordpress.com but each time I go through the process and authorise payment, Paypal redirects me back to the wordpress domain mapping page in my dashboard with the message, “Nearly done. You will now complete payment via WordPress”, but the dashboard freezes and doesn’t allow me to complete the transaction. How do I now proceed, please? Can you investigate and fix whatever is making the dashboard freeze at this point, please? Thank you.

  Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies? Otherwise try to see if it works in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

  Thanks. Don’t like clearing out cache & cookies as it means I lose all my browsing history and have to log in to everything all over again: kinda tedious. I’m using Google Chrome; will give Firefox a go, though it’s painfully slow compared to Chrome…
