  Hi. I tried to purchase a domain name for but my transaction kept not completing, same when I tried through PayPal.

  Paypal is our payment processor and it appears that this is something they are blocking. This is the message we are seeing:

  10486: This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.
