Unable to Confirm if Domain Renewal went through. Need Support Help!

I can’t find the link to renew my domain that has expired. I tried to renew on Christmas, but as expected there was no response. I need confirmation if my payment went through because I have this black annoying screen that is visible to all visitors (which is quite intrusive).
All I need is to contact support and that is proving difficult. Not happy this moment.
The blog I need help with is jide-salu.com.
Please can any one help…I know I am still within the 10-day grace period.

Hi,
It doesn’t look like your domain was renewed. Please go to http://wordpress.com/purchases and renew the WordPress.com Premium plan. The domain will automatically be renewed when you renew the plan.

I just tried, but it says the purchase has expired and no longer in use….the link isn’t working.
What do I do now? I know I ought to have renewed long before it expired, but I have been trying since Christmas day.
I need to have it done today and get the expiry announcement off my blog.
Please help me!

Please try again by going to http://wordpress.com/purchases and clicking on the WordPress.com Premium plan that has the expired status. On the next page, the warning will say that the purchase has expired, but besides that you’ll notice a Renew Now button. See this screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cp2ZqY75sbx
Once you click that, you’ll be prompted to enter your credit card information to proceed with the renewal.

Thanks for your speedy response… I saw your screenshot and I had gone through that link without success …the link isn’t working at all. I have clicked and clicked without success.I do not mind if any member of staff is able to help me online….I still have no joy.

I received an emaill from one of your engineers by the name A.I. Sajib, who advised I pay manually via this link – (redacted)
I have since made the payment and sent an email with a notification.
A.I. Sajib did promise to manually renew the domain and the plan from your end.
Could you kindly follow this up please.
