Unable to connect Bill Desk payment gateway on wocommerce

  Hello Everyone,
  I am running a website on hostinger (a shared hosting plan) and I want to sell tickets in India for that I am using the bill desk payment gateways, and I am facing an issue regarding the IP address (the error in the screenshot was attached)

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  I don’t see this screenshot attached – if it’s uploaded to the sites  ismaconference.wordpress.com media library, we’ll be able to see this.

  To note, whilst this site is hosted with Hostinger, our support is limited as this site would be using self-hosted WordPress. The differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
