Unable to connect domain to new hosting website

    Hi.

    I am currently trying to connect my domain to UXfolio and when trying UXfolio is picking up on 4 DNS codes that I have previously deleted as well as the new ones and is unable to connect.

    I have deleted the following records but some how they are still connected to my account. Is there a way to ensure they are completely delated from my domain.

    Hi there!

    I just checked the domain and don’t see the IP addresses you mentioned above. I see a custom IP address on the domain, but it doesn’t appear to be resolving the site properly. You may want to contact your hosting service provider for the correct set of DNS records required to point your domain to their servers.
