Unable to Connect Jetpack to Connect My URL and Upgrade

    Hi There,

    I am ready to upgrade to Creator so that I can move the URL that I purchased from Godaddy to WordPress for hosting and to integrate WPTasty. Every time I follow prompts from your platform to do so, I receive an error that says check my Jetpack admin and update. I try to do that through the plugin section and I get a blank screen.

    Can you please help me?
