  Trying to download Shipstation Plugin for WooCommerce. Unable to connect my WooCommerce account to my WordPress account. Please help.

  Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

  For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help from the plugin author directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
