Unable to connect sitemap on Search Console

    Hello,
    I’ve created a website yesterday. First I’ve added a Google Analytics account. Then I have added a property on search console for this website. I have verified three times- DNS verify, HTML tag verify, Google Analytics verify. I’m using the Yoast SEO plugin for the sitemap. My permalink is “Post”. But till now google search console can not fetch my sitemap. If I click on my sitemap link, it is working fine, no error. But search console saying-“sitemap could not be read”. When I click on “Url inspection–test live URL” then it says “URL is not available to Google”
    It cannot be indexed. Crawl status- No: ‘noindex’ detected in ‘X-Robots-Tag’ http header. I have contacted my hosting provider. they created a robots.txt file on my website and allowed robot. But this problem is not solved. I have given her my google email and password. She tried but couldn’t solve it. So is there any way to solve my issue? please help.
