Unable to connect to *any* WordPress.com blog

  I have been unable to connect to any WordPress.com blog site since last Thursday. I can connect through a proxy, and it appears that other ISPs work too. I understand that there was a DDOS attack on WordPress last week, but I also understand that this has been resolved. Maybe my ISP has been blocked?
