Unable to connect to forums

  I posted a query on the forum that said I was unable to connect to my blog as the connection kept timing out. This was then posted to forums via this support section of WordPress and it would appear that I have received a reply but I cannot see it as I cannot access the forums either as the connection keeps timing out. Could someone ask a member of wordpress staff to check my email from my account and contact me direct so I know what is happening and why. Thx.
