Unable to connect to my site due to IP problem

  I am having difficulty connecting to any WordPress.com site.

  So basically, if I do a DNS lookup on my wordpress site I get these IPs:
  192.0.78.12
  192.0.78.13

  The problem is 192.0.78.12 doesn’t work at all. Sometimes the browser chooses to connect to 192.0.78.13 and everything goes fine, but sometimes 12 and it just hangs for 1 minute before continuing to the next IP.

  Here are my ping stats:

  Pinging 192.0.78.13 with 32 bytes of data:
  Reply from 192.0.78.13: bytes=32 time=242ms TTL=48
  Reply from 192.0.78.13: bytes=32 time=246ms TTL=48
  Reply from 192.0.78.13: bytes=32 time=255ms TTL=50
  Reply from 192.0.78.13: bytes=32 time=251ms TTL=50

  Ping statistics for 192.0.78.13:
  Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
  Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
  Minimum = 242ms, Maximum = 255ms, Average = 248ms

  Pinging 192.0.78.12 with 32 bytes of data:
  Request timed out.
  Request timed out.
  Request timed out.
  Request timed out.

  Ping statistics for 192.0.78.12:
  Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

  As you can see 12 doesn’t work. Sometimes it even says Destination Host Unreachable!

  Could you please help me with this? I also have an app which connects to my site and because of this IP problem it doesn’t work properly. I tried contacting my ISP but no luck.
