unable to connect to wordpress websites

  Hi WordPress Administrators

  I am currently unable to browse to the wordpress websites via our IP address 203.26.122.12 but it works for .13. Can you please check your firewalls or ISP or webservers to see why our IP address is blocked.

  Your prompt assistance is required as we have a lot of users trying to access the website and do not of any other way to get in contact with yourselves.

  Hi Anthony,

  Sorry for the hassle, and I’ll be happy to take a closer look. We’ll need some additional information first.

  Can you try loading the following sites on one of the computers, and provide trace routes for any that are not working for you or that are running very slowly? (Once you reply, I’ll edit your reply and redact the trace route.)

  http://sat.wordpress.com/
  http://ord.wordpress.com/
  http://luv.wordpress.com/

  How to do a traceroute on Windows:

  1. Go to Start -> Run
  2. Type “cmd” and press Enter
  3. When the command prompt comes up, type in tracert sat.wordpress.com and press Enter
  4. We are looking for anything that shows a large number of timeouts. If you see anything like that, copy and paste the results into a reply here.

  How to do a traceroute on a Mac:

  1. Go to Applications -> Utilities -> Network Utility.
  2. Click the Traceroute option at the top.
  3. Type in the domain that is not working for you and hit Enter.
  4. Look for anything that shows a large number of timeouts. If you see anything like that, copy and paste the results into a reply here.
