Unable to connect woocomerce for zapier plugin bought in zapier

Hello, I am unable to set up wocommerce in zapier. When I try connecting the woocommerce, it fails telling me it is an authentication problem and I am unable to see any further set up in the plugin to activate in my wordpress installation.
