Unable to connect WordPress blog to Shopify…

  We created the FeedBurner link, seemingly have everything set up on WordPress, and are putting the FeedBurner link on Shopify and it’s not connecting. We’ve contacted Shopify and they’re no help, possibly because nothing is wrong on their end. Can anyone tell us what might be going on or steps to accurately link the blog feed to our website?
