Unable to contact chat and I have a premium account I can't access

    I need to chat with a WordPress person.

    I have a premium account and am having a really hard time with my sites.

    I had two sites Family Mediating and just started a new one Mindfulness Based Healing. Both were paid for premium accounts.

    I wanted to delete the Family Mediating site and only have the one site ‘ Mindfulness Based Healing.’ I changed the email for the Mindfulness Based Healing site to (email visible only to moderators and staff) so it was not connected to (email visible only to moderators and staff) Then I deleted the Family mediation site.

    I got the below email A. from wordpress.

    I got an email B. to my new email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) indicating that I could use that email with the mindfulness based healing site. But when I log in I get a message sayin that I don’t have any sites yet. I would like to access the Mindfulness Based Healing site that I paid for with the (email visible only to moderators and staff) that is associated with it.

    How can I do this? It shouldn’t be so hard.

    Hi Debra,

    I’m a Happiness Engineer and would be glad to help you get this sorted. It appears that you may have two WordPress.com accounts. The one you are writing from with the username warwickcounseling and then a second with the username familymediating

    The warwickcounselingaccount does not currently have any WordPress.com sites which is why you are seeing these forums and not a live chat option.

    The second account, familymediating has two sites with the WordPress.com Premium Plan. To access those sites or chat with a Happiness Engineer log in as ( you may sign out from https://wordpress.com/me).

    If you need to update the email address on your account note that email addresses on WordPress.com accounts must be unique. You can see the current email on an account by going to https://wordpress.com/me/account and if needed update it there.
