Unable to Contact Support

    Whenever I try to access my site stats or posts or make any changes to my account, the page goes blank like it’s loading and then nothing happens. Unfortunately, the same thing is happening when I try to contact support. I checked and I have javascript enabled so there’s no reason on my end that nothing should be loading.

    Hi there!

    I would suggest that you try clearing the browser cookies and cache, and check again. You could also try using a different browser and see if you are still facing any issue.
