Unable to contact wordpress support

Hi,
I have a paid personal account. I have been trying to contact the wordpress support via email. But everything I try to submit the form, I get the following error. 500 status code for “POST /help/tickets/kayako/new”Is there any other way to contact the wordpress support team?

I got in touch with the support team via email directly. But the form you posted is not working for me. I get the error I mentioned in my original post. I tried on Safari and Chrome and after clearing cookies. No luck
