Unable to create a blog
-
Hello, I am unable to create a blog on the CCC Learning and Development site although I appear to have the ‘write’ function. When I click on write all I get is a blank page and cannot add any text. Please would you advise how this can be fixed so that I can post my own blogs rather than asking someone else to them on my behalf?
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

Hello, Thank you . By changing my browser from Explorer to MS Edge I can now post blogs. Thank you.

Thanks for letting us know that helped.
If you still used Internet Explorer, that explains the issue, yes. Microsoft has stopped support for that browser, and it will be retired completely in 2022. So that browser is no longer supported in the open source WordPress software, and it will in fact start breaking on more and more websites as time goes by.
But you should be okay if you use Edge going forward.
