  unable to create a new blog with a name that is already vacant and shows deleted by previous user. I need that name please its urgent

  It is not possible. Deleted sites remain deleted. If you really want whatever word it is in your URL, why not buy a custom domain and mapping for $18 a year and get Whatever.com or .org or .net?

  Domain names are not recycled, once deleted they are gone forever. Yo need to find a new name or buy a custom domain name and map it to a blog here
