Unable to create a website

  Hi! We have a problem when we tried to create a website. We understand that for a free wordpress account, there is a limit to how many websites you can create; However, we still can’t create a website even though we have an account that hasn’t created any websites before. The pop-up states that ‘Limit reached. You can try again in 60 minutes. Trying again before that will only increase the time you have to wait before the ban is lifted. If you think this is in error, contact support.’, so we don’t know what to do. Any advice? Thank you.

  109zhiyi.wordpress.com doesn’t exist

  Are you trying to create the sites here at WordPress.Com or somewhere else? If you are trying to set up these sites at a hosting provider other than WordPress.Com, you must contact that hosting provider.

  Hi there,

  That message is shown if you are trying to create too many sites/accounts from the same IP address at the same time. Are you using a network at a school to create a site, perhaps?

  Can you please try using a different internet connection and see if you can create a new site that way?
