    What site do you need help with? We don’t have any feature on WordPress.com that allows you to create coupons.

    If this is regarding an ecommerce plugin on a self-hosted WordPress site, please contact support for that ecommerce plugin directly. We cannot help with that in the WordPress.com forums.
