Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2018/09. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

  Hi Folks,

  SOS.
  I tried uploading these plugin’s but on both occassions, I got a similar error message as below
  1. https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/
  2. https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-multi-currency/

  and got the following error message….
  Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2018/09. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

  Appreciate if I could please get your help to resolve this issue.
  FYI, I intended to add either one of these plugin’s as I will be advertising on Google Shopping and apparently, it is a requirement to have a currency converter available on the website.

  Anxiously awaiting your assistance.
