Hello.

I’ve watched the video on how to create a gallery in your blog, but the action “gallery” is not present in my dashboard.

Do I have to add it like som kind of feature og extra?

My question is simply, how to be able to create a gallery?!

Hope someone know, I need this up and running.

so it is just a minor ui deficiency in my opinion. you have to click on insert image in the post editor, then you have to select multiple images at once, then save changes for the gallery tab to appear. I am sure you could do short code for this as well, but I haven’t found a good example of this either.

I am on wordpress.com, http://kellyandmonica.wordpress.com, it was more of an opinion on the UI after I figured it out. you are correct it is easy. I was expecting something like create gallery button/process flow, not select multiple images to upload, then do a gallery. what if you wanted to upload media first, then create a gallery and put it in a post? it works fine but could be refined a bit more.

Yes, it’s a clunky “feature” so far.

I don’t use it myself because tables work pretty well and allow me to control where, and which pictures and how they link or enlarge. When they update wordpress again, the gallery will be more refined. That’s the buzz, anyway.
