Unable To Create New Blog Post

Im not sure if WordPress is having technical difficulties today, but I am unable to create a new blog post. It’s just a blank white page after I click ‘Add New Post’. I have tried multiple times to reload, but no luck. I even turned my laptop off/on. Can someone please assist me?

Hi there,
On what site are you working? And are you creating a post via the editor in My Sites, or from WP-Admin?
Please check if clearing the browser cache or using a different browser helps at all.

I first go to WordPress.com and login with my credentials. It takes me to “Reader” once logged in. I go to “Switch Site” and choose thomastaylorpartners.co. (like normal)
Then I go down to “Posts” under “Site” where I then select the green “Add New Post” (like normal) I’ve also tried to click “Write” in the top right-hand corner and get the same outcome. It directs me https://wordpress.com/block-editor/post/thomastaylorpartners.co but says “thomastaylorpartners.co refused to connect” then automatically directs me to this link, but never loads- just a blank white page. I normally take these steps and it asks me to log-in again before directing me to the block-editor to create a new blog post.

I also cleared the browser cache as you suggested & no change.
I have an inactive blog under this account as well (thomastaylorpartners.wordpress.com) and when I add a blog under that account, it loads perfectly normally. Weird.
We do not use that link anymore. We have since purchased a domain and no longer use that blog site/ free domain. (Currently set as private)
Why will WordPress not allow me to post a new blog under thomastaylorpartners.co ?
I screen recorded what I’m seeing on my end in hopes to find a speedy solution. Am I able to upload it to the forum? Thank you.

Thank you for trying those things. We need to get this figured out and will do our best.
– Can you please tell me which browser types and browser version numbers you have tried?
– Do you have any browser extensions enabled?
– Are you using any malware software?
– Have you already tried signing out and back in to the accout?
– Restart the device.
– If you have access to a different tablet, phone, computer, try writing from one of those to see if the behavior changes. -

Take A Break By Eye Care PlusI have tried logging into the account 15+ times over the course of four days.
I have also restarted my laptop twice.I do not have another laptop, desktop, or tablet to test this on. Although, I did try to create a new blog using my iphone and the same thing occurred. Blank white screen.
I’m behind on blog posts now. How can we resolve this in a timely manner?

Would you please try with all of your Chrome extensions disabled? That includes any ad/tracker blockers.
If that fixes it, please re-enable each one individually until you find the problem?

Hi there,
Please try using a different browser (Safari, Firefox) and see if you’re getting the same results.
Also, I noticed that your site is connected to the WordPress.com dashboard via the Jetpack plugin. Can you please disable all your other plugins (except for Jetpack) and see if this resolves the issue? There are plugins that might conflict with Jetpack.

Are you referring to the Plugins located under Tools in the left side menu of WordPress?
Don’t I need these active for my site?

I made changes to the plugins and still no change. Im hesitant to disable the other three. Any assistance on if disabling those will affect my blog website?
