Unable to Create New Post, Edit, etc

  Hi,

  For the last few days I have not been able to access the New Post, Edit Post page. After clicking on the link, it will just try to load the page and after a while it will give me the below error.

  Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.

  I have tried several browsers and all gave me the same result.

  I’m sorry you ran into issues. Can you please try clearing your cache? See here for instructions and for more information about browser troubleshooting. Do you encounter the same problem from a different computer on a different location too?

  Hi,

  I just cleared my cache, and still the same. I tried using another internet connection and I can access per normal. So does it mean my internet connection is the cause?

  Are you viewing the site from a business or residential location? Do you have any firewall or filtering software such as SonicWall which could be blocking some of files needed to load the site properly from your location?

  Hi,

  From residential. I was able to access WordPress from this location without any issue in the past. The problem started a few days ago. And no, there is no firewall or anything blocking.

  Hi there,

  Can you let me know what browser you’re using? Additionally, are you able to log into WordPress but cannot perform any actions related to your Add Posts page? For example, can you comment on other blogs and/or are you able to respond in the Forums from your home connection?

  If you can try to reproduce the error in Firefox and send us the message that appears, that would be very helpful.

  Hi, I was using Chrome. I was not able to respond in the Forums, and I couldn’t login to my dashboard.

  On my Firefox when I open /wp-admin, it will offered me to download the php file.

  Anyway, today everything goes back to normal. I think could by some issue on my ISP. You can close this issue for now. Thank you all for the assistance!
