Unable to create new posts

Just yesterday developed a problem where I cannot edit posts in my blog or change the time they are to be published.

Theme: RegulusI open up a blank post as normal and am missing the entire section of buttons for editing (link insert, font change, etc.) in the visual tab. It actually appears for a split second and then disappears. After entering a post title, I am unable to even click in the text body box unless I change it to the HTML tab and then back to visual. When I do that, it comes over with a bit of code:
<br />.When I click on the link to change the publish date, the url in my browser gets “#edit_timestamp” added to the end like it’s trying to access that information, but nothing happens.
Trying to add tags does nothing except add stuff to the url.
It will publish immediately if I click the publish button. But then the text body disappears from the edit page so it cannot be edited. Going back into the post to edit also shows a blank post. The post itself appears as normal.
Attempting to use the New Post button on the right or the Edit feature in the left-side menu produce the same results.
Same result in Google Chrome and IE. Tried removing cookies. There have been no updates to my browser or my security that I am aware of in the past few days.

Not only cookies, try logging out, clearing out your cache as well, closing your brower entirely.

Cashe cleared.
Browser closed.
Computer restarted.Still no bueno.
I’ll have access to a different machine at a different IP a little later today to test.
