Unable to create new site

  I previously owned the website juliaornedo.wordpress.com, but then deleted it as I had no time to manage it.

  I want to use the same website name again, but WordPress keeps telling me that it’s already taken. However, when I looked up juliaornedo.wordpress.com, it said “juliaornedo.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.”

  How can I use that domain name again?

  You can’t

  Once a URL is deleted it is gone forever even from the original owner, those were the terms you agreed to when you deleted your site

  You will need to pick a different name
