Unable to create new site

  I have been trying to create a new site for the past week on and off. It has not been working. The first time I thought it was my computer s left it and waited. This is the third time that I’ve tried and failed.
  This is the message that pops up when it fails:
  Oops! Sorry an error has occurred. Please click here to contact us so that we can fix it. Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL, otherwise we can not fix it

  Obviously there is not actually a way to contact anyone so I thought i should just go through here.
