Unable to create new user

    Hiya!

    I tried several times to create a new user from the ‘Add New User’ page in the admin panel.
    I enter the username, the email and selected a role and clicked the ‘Add New User’ button.
    Although I get the confirmation message after clicking the button, I have no email in my inbox (I checked also in the spam).

    I tried with different email addreses during the last 20 days, but I still didn’t get to create a new user.

    Could you please help me with this?

    Hi @andreaorler,

    The site you’re referring to (oritrentino.it) is not hosted on WordPress.com. Your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site (Digital Ocean).

    This is a public forum which provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.
