Unable to create new user on native font (Bangla)

  Im unable to create new user name on Bangla font.
  My blog site is multilingual with polylang.
  Please suggest a way

  @pratikawari28 I hope you do not mind me adding in, I was looking this up at the same time.

  @aminuldhaka, they are correct in that you have a WordPress.org site so there is not much we can help out with since we are a WordPress.com forum. Looking at your site though I see that you have the theme Blog Expert by Themeinwp, their support area for the theme can be found at this link. You can either post your question there, or at your Host.

  @aminuldhaka,

  We are not sure as we are a .com forum so we cannot verify ourselves, but usually those questions are answered either by the Host or if you can change themes and what you are trying to do works, then you can contact the Theme provider. I hope you do get your answer!

  Thanks again. already contact theme agency. finally I got to know it happened due to multi site under same domain. I’m still stuck and cant work which I got feared.
