Unable to create site

  I was able to login into my old account but I am unable to create any sites of any sort. It has been years since I have used this website but I would love to be able to make use of it again as I am deeply attached to my username.

  Every time I go through the steps to create a free site I get an error but no specific code to look up or steps to take. How can I get this working?

  You cannot create new sites because there is a suspended site in this account.
