Unable to create site- first time user

    Hello,

    I spent time to try and get the theme going for my new page. I did everything and chose the easier option for new people and blogging with WordPress where you basically just choose the theme. It looked wonderful! And then when I submitted it, I got this:

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. But Russell is one of our themes, so we can try to help here. Your temporary Bluehost domain gives me a 404 error, though. That’s also breaking the Jetpack connection for your site, so I can’t actually view your site and I can’t see what other themes or plugins you have installed which means I can just try a few educated guesses :)

    First, Russell is a child theme of Blockbase, so please make sure that you have Blockbase installed on the site as well. Russell is the one that needs to be activated, but Blockbase also needs to be there.

    Next, please try switching to the default Twenty Twenty-Two theme and disable all plugins except for Jetpack. Do the errors go away? If so, reactivate Russell. If the errors don’t return, it means it’s a conflict with a plugin causing the problem. In that case, re-enable your plugins one at a time until the errors reappear. That will let you narrow down which plugin is causing this conflict.
