Unable to create sub category

  I am suddenly unable to create sub categories using pages or categories in the appearance>menu> load page
  It worked before but will no longer let me stack the hierachy. I place the page to the right of the parent page, hit save, and the box moves back to the left and shows up in my header instead a sub category. Help

  Hi there!

  I just tested the drag and drop with your menus and it seemed to work fine for me. Are you still having trouble getting the menu set up the way you want? If so, I’ll be happy to look into it further.

  Can you verify that you’re using IE9 on Windows? Also, can you try a few things for me?

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

  3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  4. Check to see if you’re running any anti-virus or anti-malware software. Sometimes these programs block JavaScript and if you can, add “*.wordpress.com” to those program’s whitelist. If you’re unsure how to do this, you can temporarily disable these programs and visit your site’s dashboard to try again.
