Unable to customize themes or login to wp-login site

Hello, I am unable to customize my themes (or make any changes), or even login to my site using the {sitename}/wp-login. I get a long string of error messages that all start with the following:
‘Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by’I’ve deactivated plug-ins and even tried reverting back to a standard theme and I can’t even do that. What do I do?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
