Unable to delete a blog

  I have tried several times. WP makes questions again and again. Then I receive mail from WP to click here , to click there and still nothing, all clicks go nowhere. What is WP doing ? why cant I delete a blog ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Contact staff at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ . Search for anything, then at the bottom click “no” and the contact form will appear.
