Unable to Delete Comments

I would like to delete old comments that are still coming up in “My Comments” because of new comments being made to them. While I would like to keep up with some, most are just little blurbs being added and I am getting months old stuff here where I’d like to devote the space to newer, more current comments.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get around this?

Are they comments on your own blog or someone else’s blog? If someone else’s blog, they are the only ones that can delete it. But if they’re on your own, you can delete one by one.

dragon: you can’t delete the comments that come up in ‘my comments’ on your dashboard, as they’re showing the latest.
if your most recent comment has not shown up there, it’s possibly because your comment is awaiting moderation, and once approved, should show up there.
the reason the months old stuff are still showing up is because there is a latest comment made to that post, which can be useful if you’re keeping track of the discussion. it is annoying sometimes because i have this same thing happening and i don’t wish to add anymore to the post, but well, it doesn’t stops the latest from showing up.
