Unable to delete file

  A file is accessible at a URL like this https://xxxxxx.files.wordpress.com/2018/04/file-name.xls

  But when I go to the Media section there no such file. It says there no such file as ‘file-name.xls’ How do I go about deleting/modifying this file?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
