unable to delete my website

  I am unable to delete my website. The following message appears:

  

  Some time ago, I created a second site under my account to preview skin effects. However, after switching between a few skins, I received a message stating that the site was ‘no longer available’. I am unsure if this constitutes abuse, so I just wanted to delete the site, but I am unable to do so.
