Unable to delete photos or set featured image.

From the Media Library, I am unable to delete any photos. I’ve tried both deleting photos individually and in groups and each time I get an “error deleting” message.
I also can’t set “Featured Images” or add a slideshow image gallery
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
