  I have been unable to delete posts despite your helpful hints. I need help NOW!!!

  What is the blog/site that you need help with? You need to have the appropriate permissions in order to delete posts. See user roles here https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  Could you possibly be logged into the wrong account?
