Unable to delete site

  This site has been off of WordPress for a number of years now and I’m unable to delete it. If I view the stats it shows me the blog id of 7311151 in the URL.

  I’m unable to remove this from my dashboard since I can’t get to the Delete Site page. How can I delete this site?
