Unable to delete site

  I’m trying to delete my old wordpress site but am unable to because I keep getting the message ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’ When I navigate to my purchases page, I have one premium theme that I purchased that never expires.’ I am not given the option to to cancel. I would like to delete my old wordpress site as I have a new wordpress I am currently using.

  Do you want Staff to transfer the theme to another site you have registered?

  Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another WordPress.COM hosted site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  Hi there,

  I’ve removed the theme from your site, so you should now be able to delete it.
