Unable to Delete Site.

  When I try to delete my old site I get a, ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site.’ message, but the only purchase showing is a theme that was used on the site. The theme was a one time purchase and has been deactivated. Am I missing another step?

  Hi gabe1331,

  I am sorry for the issue that you are having with deleting your site. The issue is with the purchased theme. Once you make the purchase of a theme it is yours forever.

  We can however have one of the WordPress.com Happiness Engineers have the theme removed or transferred to another site. Once that is done you will be able to delete you site.

  I have tagged the post with modlook and a Happiness Engineer will be happy to assist you.

  I’ve removed the Obsidian theme so you should be able to delete your site now. Please let me know if you run into any further problems.
