Unable to delete site

    Hi, I’m trying to delete my site but am unable to as there is a premium upgrade theme (currently inactive) that does not expire. Can you remove the theme so that I can delete the entire site? I understand that I won’t have access to the theme in the future.

    Hi @fivesouth,

    You would need staff assistance to help you with this. I have added “modlook” tag to the sidebar to get their attention. Thank you for the confirmation to disable the premium theme.

    Also note, deleting a site would make it unavailable permanently, there are options to Empty the site or make it Private, you can read more about it in this support document:

    Hi fivesouth,

    I’ve removed the Premium theme from your site so you should be able to delete it now.

    Come back to me if you run into any problems though.
