Unable to delete site

  Hi, when I try to delete the site it says there are premium upgrades. When I click on Manage Purchases it doesn’t display any but asks me to upgrade! I just want to delete the site. Thanks.

  Hi rugbyjason,

  oldrutlishians.wordpress.com and the upgrades are own by another user of the site, danielpoulter77 — which is why there is no option to remove them from your account.

  They will need to login to their account, cancel the upgrades from their Manage Purchase page and then follow these steps for deleting the site:
