Unable to delete site

  I am needing to close our redundant site but getting the following error:

  “Sorry, there was a problem closing your account. Please contact support.”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To confirm, are you trying to delete csrataurecon.wordpress.com or a different site?

  Thanks, the issue is that there was a chargeback fee that was never paid, and we aren’t able to close an account that has a negative balance. You should see a warning about that in the admin area, but if you’re missing it, you can clear that here:
