Unable to delete site

  Hello! I’m trying to delete my site and it said it was successfully deleted, but then I got a notification that the ‘jetpack site could not be deleted off API’. What does this mean? How do I delete my site? Once it is deleted, how do I make a new one?

  Hi there, was the site you deleted hosted here on WordPress.com or connected via jetpack? If the latter, you can try disconnecting it from your WordPress.com account by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

  If you meant something else or weren’t successful in disconnecting it, please post back here with more details including the address of the site you deleted.
