Unable to delete site

  Hi,

  We stopped posting to our site in March and made it private with the aim of deleting it when the domain we bought (www.twilightficzone.com) expired at the end of August. On its expiry date I went to delete but I get the following message:

  Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.

  I keep trying and keep getting the message. Please could you someone let me know how to stop this message so we can permanently delete the site as we no longer need/want access to it or to post from it?

  Hi there. You will probably need to completely cancel the custom domain first. I’ll tag this thread for a staff follow up so they can advise you on this. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.

  I’ve removed that expired domain from your account, so now the site owner can delete the site: Delete Site

  Please keep in mind that deleting a site is permanent and can’t be undone. If you have any questions, or if I can do anything more to help, please let me know!
