Unable to delete site with upgrades

  I want to delete this site. I cannot get past the manage purchase page.

  go page then -> select this page and delete this page

  If you site has any of the following upgrades, you will need to remove them first:

  Premium or Business Plan
  Custom Domain
  Domain Mapping
  Premium Theme
  Any other upgrade

  Delete a Website
